New Firmware for Lumia says Windows Phone Recovery Tool but not - Microsoft Community

Id like to know which version of firmware is last one for Lumia DualSim since I really cant see any improvements for touch. Mobile Operator UNI-CN this confuse me because I'm from Serbia and I bought phone in store, every single lumia here is from that operator yet all sim unlocked out of box is that normal ,or it might cause some limitation because of region speaking of updates available?
Now, I did check for latest Firmware with Windows Device Recovery Tool and it says that Firmware and OS are latest on server which make me wonder because between this Firmware installed like two months ago and one that was out of box I really cant tell any difference speaking of touch and its weird because from what I understand that new Firmware supposed to fix touch issues?
Does that China operator thing means that my phone isn't international version and suffer for lack of upadtes for asia region if there are any or its all alright and shouldn't worry? In general I'm ok how phone work not complaining but was hoping if there is way to make it better :. This thread is locked. Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Yes phone is eligible for windows 10 but I rolled back to windows 8. I've been experiencing with the same problem with my Lumia and upgrading it to windows 10 doesn't help at all.
I just checked other thread and theres guy with newer firmware This thread can be locked, I sold lame windows phone and bought Andorid instead , no more Microsoft for me :. Download Device Recovery Tool and it will say to you what firmware you have and witch is the latest.

My first thought, till now I was under impression that its closed. I guess every phone will get the update 2. Or not, like in the part where I mention all phones may not get the update. Is there anything to miss? So you are telling that we will get Windows 10 but not the Windows 8.
I bet you read that and just confirming? But we will get Lumia camera 5 with 8. Lumia camera 5 is meant for preview phones AND Or maybe longer, hope not.
What a boss you are. Do you talk to peoples faces like you do on here? You said May so what's that mean holy annoited one. Maybe check what you do for a living and get off your pedalstal. Do you get punched in the face a lot? Maybe windows 10 will have all the features that update 2 already has. Obviously w10 will have that. Smelling Windows 10 tech preview update too.. Maybe tomorrow, remember that Microsoft avoids launching products on Mondays and Fridays due to project deadlines running on those days.
That's what Gabe Aul said about it. The previous releases were all on Mondays. Well he actually said they avoid those days, but it's their decision after all. Lots of WP users are smelling W10 tech preview for months. Now they lost their smelling sense. May be you are going to loose it too.
It's astounding that Update 2 is still not released on PfD. Reaffirms the idea that it is not being released to current hardware. Update 2 is just a minor update. Upcoming Windows 10 for phone is the real deal.
I don't get why we haven't really gotten ANY new builds, after Update 1. Was there 1? What's the point? Lumia I got an update for my L 2 days ago. Any useful information with that like OS and firmware versions?
My friend got it, touch improved. I wonder why it appears because when I check over the WiFi it says no new Phone Updates available or your Phone is up to date. Is this the answer to the most awaited fix for the touch issue that the entire world demands from Microsoft?
